• Class Cancellation Policy

    • Classes will be held as scheduled unless students are notified otherwise. Cancellations due to inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances will be announced via email and text messages by 4:00 pm. If any class/classes are cancelled, the duration of the course will be extended, so that all the classes are incorporated. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that your current email address and cell phone number are on file with us and to check for
      updates on class status.

  • Course Cancellation Policy

    • A 10% service fee will be applied if student decides to cancel before the date of the first class. No refunds if student cancels on/after the date of the first class. The refund will be done manually be the administrator and the student will have to provide their payment portal.

  • Student Support Policy

    • Students are allowed one (1) free retake of final examination within 2 weeks of the initial failed final exam. If the exam is failed a second time, students will pay a fee to retake the final exam at the next scheduled final exam or any thereafter.

    • Students who pass our final exam will have access to course materials for up to one year to assist with preparation for the state exam.

  • Leave of Absence Policy

    A student must complete the full 60 hours of class time in order to be eligible to take the final exam, however if a student is unable to make class or a series of classes, they must submit a written request to the Board of Directors so that they may be granted a Leave of Absence, under discretion of the Directors. A detailed explanation of the reason for leave must be provided for consideration in the written request.

    If the Leave of Absence is approved, the student’s membership and services will be suspended for the period. Upon returning from the leave of absence the student will resume payment of any outstanding fees from the first business day of the following week in which they return through the end of the respective service period.

    All outstanding fees must be paid prior to the completion of the membership, noting that all students must graduate or re-register to the course after a maximum of six (6) months after the initial sign up date.

    Please note that any membership dues or service fees paid prior to the Leave of Absence period are non-refundable.
